Workplace Sustainability: Evolving Practices for Work-Life
This year’s conference will focus on the evolving steps that colleges and universities are undertaking to be culturally sustainable. Conference sessions will closely examine how faculty, staff and students are reshaping the work and learning environment while positively paving the road to a viable future.

Conference streams include
- Sustainability – Examining the personal and psychology resources and practices that our faculty, staff and students need to be engaged and flourish in the 21st century.
- Wellness – Exploring how organizational leaders find ways to develop programs and resources that support the mental and physical health of their campus communities.
- Resiliency – Demonstrating work-life programs that help individuals overcome challenges while maintaining dignity, grace and creativity.
- Flexibility- Identifying programs beyond telecommuting and work schedules that retain and sustain faculty and staff.
- Mindfulness – Presenting techniques that assist faculty, students and staff in cultivating mindfulness practices to enhance their overall well-being as they work, study, play, parent, and fulfill their other roles.
- Caregiving –Articulating issues related to caregiving that exist across the lifespan, the many risks facing our caregivers, and work-life strategies to help them cope and thrive.
